Well where to begin?

 

I stupidly ordered the Polish replica bumper off ebay, paid the money then the week i was expecting it to arrive the money was returned to my account with no explination or apologie! at least they had the decency to return the money! wasn't a happy chap tho!

 so i was searching ebay when i saw one in silver scuffed both sides and damage to the back, nothing that can't be fixed! but it was for £110!!! fecking bargain! the fact it clearly stated "free postage and packaging to main land uk! was the icing on the cake, so swiftly bought it. I then got a phone call the next day from the company asking for another £50 to deliver it! unfortunatly this message didn't reach me offshore for a couple of days, so i phoned the company and asked why they thought i should pay for the delivery as they listed it as free P&P! this is a company that strip cars for a living, so they must have known they would only be making say £80 by the time they posted it!

 

He explained that their courier company class Aberdeen as highlands and islands!!!! to which i replied, "if your courier company don't know the geography of britain then you might aswell return my money because they'll probably deliver it to Cornwall!" i explained to the chap, that i personally don't give a crap what his courier says, look at any map, Aberdeen is situated on the East coast of britain, highlands are the mountainous region down the centre of Scotland and the islands should be self explanitory!

 

i then offered him £30 towards the carrage on the understanding that i would never use his company again, and should any friends ask about them i wouldn't lie!  he then tried to fob me off that the carriage is actually £65, like they were doing me a huge favour!

 

So i have come to the conclusion that the bumper must be in a 10ft crate and very heavy! after 30 mins on the phone, i got fed up and paid the £50, partly because £160 for the bumper was still cheap, and partly because i need it to be in Aberdeen on tuesday when i get home so i can get the car back on the road! it was never about the money it's more about the principal!

 

If it was me I'd have told him to go and **** himself. Negative feed back on eBay?

goes without saying! lol, i really wanted to tell him to stick it, but i've been waiting 3 weeks for the replica one to turn up, now i have to wait another week for this one, wasn't wanting to have to search for another. lol

Try explain to some stupid gormless clueless ****wits that Northern Ireland is part of the UK and we do not pay in Euros/Spuds.
