Skoda Fabia Comfort in green metallic. One years full mot with a minor advisory that the brake pipes have been waxoiled! (honestly they have to write something!), just had new rear brakes for Mot. Everything works, power windows all switches, nothing is broken, shines like a new pin! Obsessively cared for in military fashion, truly superb!

In the last year its had a new timing chain,coil pack, battery, full exhaust, tyres,track rod ends and wheel alignment, replacement driver door locking mechanism, driver door window lift mechanism, both front speakers, new front coil springs. As well as comprehensive service history, no nasty surprises she is a genuine well cared for car!

 

Maintained regardless of expense. As you can see from the pictures the body is in very good, well cared for condition with only minor blemishes. No bumper scuffs, even the front fog lights have a chip resistant film to protect them. Original Skoda hub caps.

 

There are no nasty knocks or bangs from the suspension, it has recently had new front springs, and track rod ends, to include tracking and tyres.

 

The interior is well cared for with no rips or tears, never smoked in or neglected, it still looks very clean and cared for, the boot has a good quality spare wheel and original tool kit that is unused and all present in its storage box. No broken switches, all windows and equipment works, the air conditioning was re gassed recently ready for summer. The stereo/tape player is original and has never been changed from new,it gives good sound,it takes a tape adapter which enables ipod use, I replaced the front speakers with genuine new Skoda ones last year which improved the sound no end. The seats have never had children or dogs on them! The notorious door seals have all been replaced, she is water tight, the carpets are clean and the pile/heel pad shows virtually no sign of wear, she has always had rubber mats in her.

 

No warning lights on the dash, no overheating problems, no head gasket problems, oil is clean as is water/fluid, I'd drive her anywhere and have total confidence.

 

Engine runs sweet and performs well she is very nippy and frugal on fuel, she drives nicely and pulls through all the gears giving good performance and a smooth comfortable ride. The car has had a comprehensive service, including spark plugs,coil pack, timing chain - its a chain and not a cam belt! oil and filter in the last couple of months, coolant flush, thermostat replacement and housing, air and pollen filter replacement, the clutch is starting to get a little high but doesn't slip or affect the cars running in any way and everything performs nicely.

 

Underneath is totally solid and rust free as are the sills, doors and wings the only comment on the mot that was the brake lines are waxoiled. 

 

She had a brand new Skoda exhaust system last December.

 

She has original Skoda sill trims, her sills and arches are as solid as when she rolled off the production line, anyone familiar with this brand will know just how well built and reliable and resistant to rust they are.

She has team Heko dark smoked wind deflectors included in the sale on all four windows, and optional extra aluminium pedals.  

 

The cars paintwork is generally very good, its clean and free of major damage, my only criticism would be 2-3 small (smaller than a 5p) hail dents from a bad storm last year. to the roof, so small my camera wont pick them up,they have not damaged the paint and literally look like small impressions. Obviously she isn't new but she is very nice to look at and not neglected regularly waxed to keep her paint shiny.

 

She is a "comfort", so has all the usual comfort extras, electric heated mirrors, trip computer, storage box under the seat,Air con even the glove box doubles up as a cooler for cans of soft drinks on a hot day.
