Hi, recently joined, Hi all :)

Ok am hoping someone may have come across this before, have recently been having issues with my recently bought car, think it was like this when I bought it and I failed to notice or connect the dots. anyways heres a youtube for exact problem, ignore the commentary as I think I am just stupid (newbie level = 99)

I am also looking for some help finding a code reader or better for my car which says its not OBD2 compliant. (Skoda Fabia 2003 estate 1.9SDi classic) have considered trying to find VAG / VCDS / and was another program said would work. Would like something more than just a reader, was thinking about fixing this problem and changing the car, same one, just turbo and some features, what works for you?

Last note, thank you.
