Featured Replies

Hi Guys

im New To the site, im getting some D90 wheels on sat. im having a bit of trouble finding the right spacers.

at the moment im on standard wheels with standard suspension. and was not sure what spacers will be needed, will the front and back be different i take it?

any help is really appreciated.

thanks in advance!

Spacers or adaptors?

All depends how far you want them to stick out.

How wide are they wheels? I think I've seen 6J, 7J and 8J D90s

Hi Dan

sorry adaptors as they are going from 5x100 to 5 x 130

to be honest im not to fussed if they stick out or stay as the current ones sit.

do i need different on the front and back or is that a case again on preference?

thanks again

Depends on the width of the wheels mate. They might be staggered sizes.

Althought they are a lovely wheel, can I ask why you want them with standard suspension? Unless your getting Coilovers and are going to lower it a lot they will not work at all

You need to know the widths and offsets to work out what adaptors are needed. .

Agree with all of the above. You need the wheels specs.

And Tom is right... They will look pants if the car is at standard height!

my wheels are in a bad state from last owner never got round to refurbing them as i use the car to much.

i will look to lower and coilover but not to much as i hate scrape. just wanted something slightly different without paying the world as im going get something newer in 9 months

still keeping the war horse though. the guy is not far from me selling them for £200

thanks for advice

You're looking at around another £200 on top just for the adapters.

They're then a £400 set of wheels, which you then have a huge Choice of wheels at that budget.
