Marketing ploy to keep moment of sales - Blackline worked for me.

Bidding my time for the next limited edition vrs...

So its basically a white or black vRS with black alloys?

Well i'll leave you lot to fight over them. I'll sit back and watch the fight to be at the front of the queue

No.  They are most definitely not based on the vRS.

Oh ok then. It was the way it said 'sporty seats'. I assumed it was a vRS.

There is a lot more to a vRS than 'sporty seats'!  :D

Fake exhaust trims too ;)

Oh i realise that. I just assumed it meant it was vRS based

They are based on SE and you save £1045 on the hatch and £1080 on the estate if you added the options.

The Turini wheels are worth nearly £800 not including tyres if bought separately (which I had considered but too rich) and the spoiler on the hatch can only be bought as part of the Sports Package at +£300 so perhaps depending on whether you value these features the saving may be more.

I was just quoting from a dealer website, they could be using the 18" Golus wheels option price which is £700

I wasn't saying you were wrong Has just making the point that the Black Edition offers a spec that, if priced individually from current options, could be very expensive. It's worth a look IMHO.

Fancy it Falkster or have you already ordered yours?

I do mate but the lack of sports suspension is a down side. I've got £23.5k to play with and just been priced up for an Elegance hatch, candy white, sports sus, Golus (powder coated gloss black) with options of sports package (mainly for spoiler), black wrap roof, and black grille surround......it's not a vRS though lol...I won't be parking next to you!

I'm on 89k so will probably order in the next 3 months. When's yours due?

Sounds nice that. Love the Golus wheels. Mine is due about August/September but still enjoying my current vRS so not too bothered about the new one yet. We'll have to have a meet up when we have our new wheels.

You will get a vRS for £23.5k

Midland VW for a wheel alignment? Ha ha!

My company car policy is based on List Kenny so its an Elegance or Seat Leon ST. Erring on side of Elegance with a few options at the moment...

Spoke to a Bury (St Eds) dealer today and they have two black and one white on order for stock. Based on an SE with a few toys. No info on how long the Black Edition will be available for but they are not supplied to order apparently.
