Are cornering fogs not set up as standard?

Nope - not even available as an option on vRS until MY15.

 

Elegance with Xenons has them as standard though.

Why is there 2 bulbs/sections in the Fog Light Cluster?

They are both fog light bulbs. I *think* from the factory they only enable the outer bulb as a cornering light

I went to look at a Superb V6, utter dog of a car

The actual car was a dog to look at, so many scratches, engine sounded a bit rough, looks like it had lived on a farm and smelled of wet dogs.

 

Interiour looked grubby and not very well looked after. No service book and I made a few phone calls to various people I know and it's first service wasn't  until 32K  no evedence of a 10K or 20K service, depends on it's service set up and it had done over 23K in the last year.  Apart from all that it was fine

 

Nothing against Superbs, I like em, but not this one

Think it had only been there a couple of days and wasn't Valeted , just washed. I dare say after a good going over it would have looked 100% different

 

Perhaps they did it so I'd look at something else, well it worked, Wallet empty

There's a BP station near me and there  Super Unleaded Pipe/nozzle are  black, when I had my 170PD Vrs I nearly got caught out, I told the bloke behind the counter and the reply was, " Yer.....Lots of people make that mistake  "
