Hi CJSVRS

Looking to put these on a 2010 vRS hatch so I assume they will be ok? Also do they have the original torque wench and do you know if they are version A or B (Should be at the end of the part code on the box if you still have it?)

If all parts included then can offer £75 inc postage as I wont be down your neck of the woods for awhile (unless you are at the National Meet Up in Aug?)

Thanks

These do fit 2010 models. It says 2004 -> on the bars. I don't have the torque wrench and only one key. Don't have the box anymore - I bought them used.

These are the Aero type bars too.

Norco just to put your mind at rest, I went through the whole 'roof bar dilemma' not so long ago! I ended up with OEM bars with no keys or torque wrench (or wench as you've mentioned lol) for a pretty cheap price (got lucky on eBay)

I bought a spare key from replacement keys company, it's code 11 and cost £3.95.

The torque wrench is basically just a normal Allen key which is extended with a handle to make it easier to tighten and set to 4nm torque. I ended up just using a big standard Allen key everyone has in their toolbox!

Having looked at mine in more detail, mine are version A (stamp says so), Skoda Lincoln said version B were for the estate so totally different feet...

Anyways, they were a doddle to fit and I just tightened them up 'not too tight' if you know what I mean! I've been out for a test drive, left out in rain, taken them off/on again and no dents or leaks, all is fine. I used some rubber pond liner for the metal bit with a pin in that's goes against the bodywork but that's just caus I'm a bit OCD! It should be fine without.

End result:

Borrowed roof box from family friend, will treat myself to a nice Kamei or Thule biggun for next holiday!

Good luck :)

No wonder I get some funny looks when I go tool shopping in Halfrauds  :D

Apparently the B version has a slightly different wrench LAS610001A and LAS610001B are both for the hatch though. Also told that the B could just be a change in supplier so not overly bothered by which version.

Glad you managed to get them fitting well.

Are these still available? Would still be interested but in light of only one key and no wrench would £70 posted be any good?

Are these still available? I'm guessing not but no harm in asking!
