I found an insurer and told them im possibly receiving 6 points for an IN10 offence.

 

Wasnt a bad price so i was ok with it.

 

As brimma said it doesnt matter if the car is on the road for 1min or 10 an offence is an offence.

 

There is nothing more than what iv said, thats how it is, just very unlucky.

 

The vehicle had be running and i have been making sure it boost's on the drive so that would be alot of noise to which i think the neighbors complained about, in turn the police come to check on me and there i am with the car on the road. that is how i think its happened anyway,

 

Im not keen on accepting the points and fine, but i will have to bite my lip and deal with it.
