    2 x £15.99 - that IS cheap.  At that price, not much more than uprated bulbs, could be worth a punt if actually compatible with your car.  I'm sure others will be along to answer that for you.

FL is easy, you need to manually change bit 4 from a 0 to a 1 (this is a MOCKUP of what you would select if there was a tick box)

Ie. if it was 10000001 change it to 10010001
