Hi,

I Have 2006 model Skoda Superb 2.8 V6 Petrol Auto Car. Gearbox and mechatronics making a lot of problems.

I want to replace complete engine with all accessories from  a 2000 model 1.5 L manual engine,

I'll replace everything under the bonnet with new one, like PS pump, AC compressor, Alternator etc. And planned to put all the pipes and fitting modified.

Confused with the CV Joint / Drive Shaft. Which would be better option to match, please suggest:

1. Honda City engine

2. Mitsubishi Lancer engine

3. Hyundai Accent engine

The car runs in city, so, never goes beyond 80 kmph. Please help...

Erm how about a direct engine / gearbox replacement, simpler.

How about buy a new car?

Without sounding rude, wouldnt it be just easier and a lot less hassle?

Boring you lot.

Je5u5 Boobies, yer gettin awful frustrated on your holidays :D

Back to the OP - the effort of that equates to making a standard VRS into a 4x4 VRS - check the Octy 1 threads, comes up a bit....

new car, or a smaller VAG engine and running that would drop in without a colossal amount of work...
