M3, M27, A31, A350 is quickest from Hampshire.

 

Jason is stuck with the A35 and A31, all the way.

 Plus all the B roads to get me out on the A35 just east of Honiton

Just looked at my route on google maps, pretty much it's left, lrft, right, left, right, right then straight for a while then there

Mine is right and up a bit, right and down a bit, then right and up a bit...

Mine is right out of the drive, then left at the first roundabout, straight over two roundabouts,  left at the next and keep going till I get to the Charlton Inn. Total distance 3.6 miles.

I want to add that I do tend to drive with my front fogs on in country lanes at night, I feel it helps light up the road that little bit better, so if I turn up with my fogs on, don't judge me :p

Yeah, should definitely become a regular thing, hope you didn't use too much fuel in your short journey

Certainly was good to meet all that showed, great food too at the pub although not sure I like their suggestion of ham and peach pizza as they'd run out of pineapple

Yep, good meeting a few local forum members and a big thanks to Jason for reactivating my cruise control, works perfect bud. Thanks José.

Journey back much more pleasant.  No slow traffic so did average 51mph compared to 35 on the way there (1 hour 25 mins compared to 2 hours) - also 5 better mpg despite higher speed.  The A35 is great when quiet!
