Or check door foils ? Vws use to suffer with them if they weren't sealed properly

Don't talk to me about leaking doors, had major problems with my Seat, the seal behind those door cards was really poor. Gladly my Octy seems much better sealed than the Seat, it will still probably be that. But definitely check round the pollen filter and in the drainage gunnel for blockages first though, its an easy check and could save dismantling the door. If its only passenger side round pollen filter is a possibility.

If yer bus has had new speakers, door lock issues or a window regulator done on that side, odds are the door liner was ripped...

(if its not the pollen filter area grommet)

dont forget to check behind the wheel arch liners for compost.... that causes the drain to fill up and get to that grommet too.

Good point that, I had a mental amount of sediment behind my arches/mudflap area when I took it off to do my vent. Was so bad I cleared arch on other side too.

tis the season for wet floors, same as every year couple of guys had it coming via blocked drains in sunroof, coming down the B pillars. Actually one was an after market sunroof, so had no drains at all... I dont know you have a hole in your roof though...

I've heard of that B pillar problem before, can be a real pig to find the ingress points, if its not any of the ones mentioned here then god knows lol.

Oh, I would say that if there is a puddle in his passenger door shut when he opens the door after rain, then its got to be the door card/foils.
