Thanks for sharing this - interesting to see the thoughts on this spec.

I found the dynamic setting on the suspension quite firm for day to day use;

but comfort mode was very nice and perfectly acceptable.

Otherwise.... can't disagree with the majority of points made.

Many more Demo and used now becoming available,15 today :http://www.audi.co.uk/used-cars/used-car-locator/national/search-results.aspx?pg=1 Cheapest £42995 to £49990.

I wonder if Audi will now have to offer more attractive discounts /financial packages, improved std spec, now that the Ford Focus RS and Face lifted A45 AMG is potentially putting their sales under pressure.

Or is it in a different market with its fan base.

So this morning the Demo & Used are at 20,so guess the surge of takers has cooled a bit now :http://www.audi.co.uk/used-cars/used-car-locator/national/search-results.aspx?pg=1 Average used asking price per spec approx. £45k

A month ago they were being snapped up daily.

^^^^^ ? Is that about a 2015 Audi RS3 ?

You do get that kind of post from people having issues when they just keep buying performance parts and paying people to put them on their car in some sort of random manner.

At least the poster accepts they will be paying to rectify the faults him / her self.

Keith your links send me pages and pages of endless Audis for sale. It's like someone clicked on every Audi option at Pistonheads and said "retrieve every Audi for sale in Britain" ??? It's done that for sometime when I have clicked on them

I have a theory that, on your PC at least, you have set parameters of what order to display the cars you wish to show us, but as I don't know what those parameters are, I just get 10 pages of Audis for sale.

Nope :( I'm still getting a page full of Audi A1s. if I go to the 7th or 8th page I find an RS3, but it is a fair old trawl to do so. It's probably a cookie based thing?

Edit: It does say "this page uses cookies......etc....accept"

When I click on 'accept' for the cookies, I get mindless script instead of the page of Audis

Yep, same here. It's the result of trying to capture a static link, for what is a dynamic search....

That's the Badger :D

I thought for these past few weeks it must just have been me as I've done several searches on the Audi site over the years (I'm and ex A4 owner) and wondered if I had some sort of cookie still cached somewhere on my pooter .

That still won't work Keith - Audi search also uses cookies, so all others will get for that link is a 'timed out' message.

Probably not an easy way to do this, unfortunately.

Wouldn't it work if Keith just clicked on the actual car and posted the individual link to that car?

Quite possibly, unless Audi have done something 'dynamic' with the object (i.e. the webpage view of the particular car you're trying to look at). If all that does is display content from a database, then it's possible that it still won't be a static link.

Never thought I'd be discussing things like this in the RS3 thread! :D

Let's test the theory at individual car level, and throw one through a URL shortener for good measure: http://goo.gl/vOQojD
