  • Well I've finally collected my RS3.   So I thought I would share my initial thoughts and photos:-           Two RSs together:-   The car is really easy to drive as I was so nervous d

  • Not sure an M2 is ideal for the commute.  Or loading the family in. Also the 1 series can't have adaptive cruise, so not sure about the 2. Wanted something a bit more sensible as I have a quick week

  • Nah, leave him be, the 7R forums will eat him alive, at least here we know where he is and it beats care in the community

You are like a big Polar Bear walking on a frozen garden pond!!!

I am neither odd nor a handful!

Damn, that's ruined my illusions :(

I always aim low, it avoids disappointment

Aiming low could be painful for someone

ooops, the RS3 is wonderful too (saved)

I'm sure Boss you would like to pass on your congratulations to a fellow member and this wife for the birth of their 1st child.

I do not understand why you are canvassing for congratulations for someone I've never spoken to, messaged on here or met.

With such a joyous and important event I am sure they have a large number of people who's congratulations are worth something, rather than someone on the internet they don't know and have never even exchanged a PM with..

But what do I know, I only have two children.

Confused.

What the actual ****? You moan like **** when I slightly deviate from the topic but here you are posting this irrelevant BS that doesn't apply to any of us whatsoever. There's a time and place for stuff like that, in another thread or a PM!

Couldn't agree with that sentiment more! :)

For any interested thread members who aren't sure how to do their own used car searches, here is a link to the Audi used car locator, it's ever so easy :)

AUDI USED CAR LOCATOR

Keith I don't know if I am interested as per post #813, but I might be, if you made a bespoke link description like this.

RS3 for sale, £40K and only 189 miles

As someone who posts a huge number of links, it would honestly help us if you used a description, rather than the cryptic 'hyttp:/somethingoroth..........webpagecar'   that we normally see. It would genuinely help us (I truly believe I'm not alone in this) decide whether to click on your links.

Pretty please :)

I think you're wasting your breath, Amanda, that's a bit too technical ;)

ill help you with that if you like.

Dont bother  :D

It's a shame really, but if I see a thread with lots of links, I click the first few, but if they are all about cars for sale or just links to sites I already frequent, I feel cheated in a way.

Keith I know you like to post links to secondhand cars, it's obviously a passion of yours, but when you post a link to something else, I tend to ignore them now as I assume they are for a VW Used car site. Occasionally I try them and they are for something else, but I wonder how many interesting links I don't follow up. Pretty please with knobs on, post up a more descriptive link. After all if you can't be ar$ed, then I suspect many others will feel the same about those links and that would be a shame. I too am a reasonably prolific 'link' poster and that's why I now use custom links to spare others the chore of trawling through every impulsive link that comes through my keyboard, if you aren't sure how, drop me a PM and I promise it will remain private. The only reason I ask you, is although there are a couple of others who post huge numbers of links, I suspect you are the only one who might be open to changing your methods.

Do I win a prize for mentioning the word 'link' 12 times in one post?

Oh well, it did work when I first checked it. Perhaps I brokeded it

Cheapest RS3 in Audi Used /demo currently £39950

41 available.

Interesting to note this morning, either the car above has been sold within a very short time or just removed from the dealers website this morning.(priced for a prompt/realistic sale}.

Did you get an 'Error 500' when you tried the link this morning Keith?

Noticed that the site is currently down for webserver maintenance: "Our site is currently offline due to essential maintenance work that needs to be carried out."

I still get the error code when I use Keith's link.

If you're getting a 500 error, it's at their side, not yours
