  • Well I've finally collected my RS3.   So I thought I would share my initial thoughts and photos:-           Two RSs together:-   The car is really easy to drive as I was so nervous d

  • Not sure an M2 is ideal for the commute.  Or loading the family in. Also the 1 series can't have adaptive cruise, so not sure about the 2. Wanted something a bit more sensible as I have a quick week

  • Nah, leave him be, the 7R forums will eat him alive, at least here we know where he is and it beats care in the community

Ah yes, the 'promoted' videos..... :)

Perhaps I'm just lucky in Wiltshire with my Tennants.

For a split second I thought you meant this:-

That is very unfortunate. Perhaps I'm just lucky in Wiltshire with my Tennants. Never had an ounce of trouble, very lucky me I guess. Better luck in your new investment venture fabdavrab.

Can do, but a lot of people want to turn it into a pishing contact about what they have.

A bit like car threads. :D

I only do long term leases with people expected to say 3+ years.

Families mostly.

And I don't use agencies, I just get to know the tenants and keep in touch with them.

New thread started here, bit of a read, in fact I have missed out other stuff to make it shorter, would you believe!!!

So here we go then, increased power - well how about sorting out the handling first.http://www.evo.co.uk/audi/rs3/16543/abt-extracts-424bhp-from-the-audi-rs3

Thought Audi had already extracted this power output in the TTRS planned, ahead of the R400.

A manual box option from Audi would also be good.

It's hard to put a price on something that makes you feel good. I once bought a pair of boots that cost a ridiculous amount of money (I'm not saying how much :D) and I felt great in them. But did they keep my feet extra warm? Nope! Did they make my feet extra comfy? Nope! Did they help me walk extra distance? Nope! In fact I worried about scuffing them, getting them wet, they hurt my feet and didn't really go with much of my wardrobe :D :D Luckily I grew up and waste money in other ways now, but I don't regret spending the money on those boots. Wish I knew what I did with them

The RS3 warble is something that would make me feel special and I don't know how to value that?

Those were the pair you left in my wardrobe. Unfortunately they didn't fit me ,so I sold them to get myself a couple of Paul Smith designer labelled shirts!!lol

I have a horrible feeling they are in my attic with a lot of 80s clothes. My God the RaRa skirts and shoulder pads!!! Eeek!!! :D

They'll be back in fashion soon enough so think how much you'll save by just getting them out of the loft instead of buying them all again  ;)

^ bloody hell he was giving it some stick to set 1.26 at Bedford in those two cars. That's as quick/quicker than the Atoms that were going round when I was there!

I dont suppose you get a job at Evo if you cant drive :D

True, also probably helps that it's not their own car that they are thrashing :-)

Is this the best discount deal around for a base spec?

Or what have individuals managed to achieve? Base or spec'd up?

Full link removed as it didn't go anywhere!

This is a Skoda based forum, I would suggest (as I may have done before) you'll get a better response to a question like that on other forums.  Like an Audi RS one for instance?

I am not convinced a group of Skoda owners, a small percentage of which have moved on to Audi, is the best place to search for a discount on a new RS3.

I will copy and paste that bit of text to use later as you are sure to ask again.  Much better to ask 1 or maybe 2 people on a Skoda forum than 50+ on an Audi forum about an RS3 discount obtained after all...

Not to mention the fact that with such a small number of RS3 owning Briskodians you'd probably get a better response by PM anyway!

Boss,

Respect your comments, on this topic, so thanks for the above.

I have looked at other more specific sites in relation to the topic (as I'm sure you've seen) but find that I respect more members opinions  on here, that have shown an interest in the RS3 and have done their on research - test drive, discussion with the local dealerships etc

Hence why I asked the questions and always look forward to their constructive and knowledgeable experiences and thoughts.

RESPECT TO BRISKODA MEMBERS, that contribute to General Car Chat.

Overwhelming response.

Just like my constructive experience in the Rapid Recall thread...

Confused again and thought that was a Crossword clue,

but solved it now.

(if there is a Skoda Service Campaign and not a Recall maybe worth getting that thread 'Pinned'.)
