I was looking at focus rs mk2 but I don't think I can afford it as prices seem to be staying strong at the moment. So I been looking at Subaru Impreza sti (Hawkeye) with ppp which is pro drive performance pack.

How's your Fabia going ? Many miles on her now?

I've been tempted with a Focus RS MK2 also but I like my holidays too much :p

I was thinking black chrome, but will take a look at the colour in person before deciding.

Some updates.

Replaced centre caps with genuine vw ones.

Had a lock fault where my drivers door wouldn't lock off the key fob. Removed the sleeve between car body and door where wiring loom runs through to check cables. Looked fine so removed the plug and plugged it back in still no joy so assumed common problem of door lock mechanism. Tried spare key and it worked ha. Then tried new key and it worked fine as well. Really strange...replaced batteries in both key fobs as precaution but I think a fault is still there somewhere but it's been working fine lately so touch wood stays that way.

Cleaned car yesterday and then used zaino z8 as a final quick detailer.
