  • That's why my heart stopped when Westover said "we can wash your car when its repaired" my reaction went a little something like:

  • Great news at last [emoji106][emoji4] Trivial but useful I know.

  • So it has........................... latest brochure online.     Presentation1.pdf

We picked up our Citigo SE this weekend. It has manual mirrors with two electric window switches on the drivers side.

Westover said it was the first model they had seen with the new twin drivers side window switches that first appeared on the UP!

Congrats you do indeed have the new and improved model

Just remember you can take your warranty anywhere! ;)

I would be extremely cautious of Westover, my car is still due repairs from them (been waiting for it to be fixed for over a month as they don't have the required tools) there cleaning of a car is something just pathetic (they said "we've given it a wash" last time I got it back, I went out to find it covered in dust with bird crap all over) and I had pre booked for 1 set of rear mudflaps to be fitted that took 2 hours for them to do, even 1 person can do that quickly and on top it came out dirtier than it went in (appeared that a bucket of grubby water had been emptied next to it and had splattered onto the car) I'm not saying the customer service is bad but I do not in any way trust them (you should have seen my car after giving it to them for 2 days to diagnose a problem they couldn't find until I showed them) they'd clocked up 30 odd miles in that time and it was completely covered in road salt having cleaned it a few days prior, all this has led to me not using Westover ever again once my car has been finally repaired, if I do not hear from them by end of April I will phone them and say forget it

I have bought numerous new cars over the years, some my own, some fleet. There is no such thing as a  good main dealer! Westover are better than many but not perfect!

I can't wait to hear what was diagnosis after all. If there is a problem in that car.
