easy to prise off with a plastic tool?

I used the pliers on my Leatherman to remove the badges either side of the Skoda emblem. Just made sure to nip the badge without touching the paintwork, peeled the black foam sticky stuff off and finished it off with some sticky stuff remover to get rid of the excess.
