I have already done two Reviews

tfr vs wash & jet is the comparison being discussed by Ben & Thisday and was what I was interested in Chris, and you havent (or hadn't) had the wash & jet yet according to your comment on the twelfth. If you happen to receive the wash & jet for a side by side test against before Ben & Thisday all well and good, otherwise I am interested in what the other gents have to say.

Ok. I'll try when I return from Iceland, to help you out. At the moment I need a shovel ...it's The Day After Tomorrow!!!

Tried the 1/2" of TFR and 1" of Clean My Car Super Snow Foam and the AD Foam Lance and it worked a treat.

Thanks for the heads up ChrisRs

Finally tried some of the TFR today on SWMBO Seat, which has been used for her daily 15 mile each way commute so it was well dirty. I diluted it to 1:15 and applied with the above sprayer. The sprayer has a really good head in that it sprays a bit like a shower rather than a single conical fan so applies the TFR really well. I left it to dwell for 5 minutes then jet washed it off. It's difficult to tell on a Black car but the proof as to how well it worked showed in the shampoo bucket. Now I must confess I don't use the 2BM on her car so the fact that after washing all of the car apart from the sills and wheels the water in the shampoo bucket was not discoloured at all, it was as clean as before I started. Even after doing the sills and wheels the water was still much cleaner than if I'd used snowfoam. I didn't notice any degradation in the lsp either so all in all anyone who uses citrus prewash or doesn't want to spend money on a snowfoam lance or finds it's a PITA to clear off your drive REALLY needs to give this stuff a try. I will still use snowfoam on mine, probably with some tfr added as it doesn't get as dirty as hers but maxedpower TFR really is good stuff

Very nice, shame Ste can't show his appreciation due to the incorrect moderation.

I'm sure you don't need any further reminding of the Site Rules NM!

What did Ste do wrong? Very strange he seems a very nice bloke to me.

Ste is a gent on this forum. Helps out everyone and organises group buys in order to benefit the members of this community. I for one feel he should be allowed to return as soon as possible.

Agreed Ben, I'll pm you if needed, think Ste will email you anyway

He is, I'd explain but I keep getting my truthful posts deleted.

Screen shots taken also prior to being deleted ;)

Been there freedom of speech is limited in this day and age.

Ive been using this extensively recently

Works very well indeed and makes cleaning even safer than before

Used in conjunction with PM Snow Foam...Its almost a touchless wash

I can highly recommend it

Chris, when you say `in conjunction with`, do you mean both together in the same bottle or do you mean TFR first and then followed by the snow foam?

The reason I ask is that I used the `mixture` in my lance recently and wasn't at all impressed.

Many thanks

Mike.

Both Mike

Done it both ways and found it very effective

Depends how dirty the car is I guess...but it did loosen up most dirt and it washed away well with the PW

I've been using this for the last couple of months and like most other people have put, I'm impressed. I spray it on the bottom half of the car with my Mesto, leave to dwell then power wash off. I then follow it up with snow foam, but thats only because I have plenty. I'm not sure if I'll keep on with the snow foam once I run out or just use the TFR for an all over pre soak.

Whats a `Mesto`?

Theezenutz beat me to it!

I actually use the Mesto sprayer. I have a mate with the foamer but I'm not a fan as you have to pump the thing constantly. With the sprayer I can do the whole car in one hit and the TFR still gets plenty of dwell time to work really well.

If I wanted to foam it, I'd put it in the foam lance. Having said that I'm going to give it the TFR a go in my Nilfisk 'foam' attachment and also try it through an old Gimour Foamaster that I've still got in the garage. I'd be suprised if I change from the Mesto tbh, sometimes all this detailing gets a bit over complicated, especially when the car gets covered in crap the next time you take it out :dull:

Thanks all.

Turns out I've got one but its called a garden sprayer!
