Chris, I was having the AP 4pots on the front with 335mm discs (same as Stuart's) with 308mm rears. Unfortunately, due to delivery problems, I ended up not getting them. May get some Alcons instead.

Jon, I heard, Ian just told me. But he's going great guns on the Brembo's - an awesome looking kit!

Brembos are a good, predominantly road based calliper, however I wanted something a bit more "mean", hence the request for APs. Ian was doing them at a good price and I would willingly have got them, but it all just took to long and I needed them for a set date. Once it was to late for that date I decided to cancel as they aren't now needed / I haven't got time to fit them. Now I have a long gap in track days (if you exclude Bruntingthorpe and a couple of Donington trips) until next Easter and the Ring. This gives me time to talk to Alcon and get some of there discs/callipers sorted.

Agree, the Brembo price is good, as is their performance, they just aren't right for me.

The delay was AP's fault not Ians. They had a 14 day delivery at best, he can deliver anything else pretty quick.

i have godspeed 335mm stoppers on my scooby and they are excellent.

Very nice engineering, perfect fit, would defo recommend them.

Ian godney is a very helpful guy too, who also knows his stuff.

Very popular conversion with the scooby lads.

The "quote" option has moved under your avatar on the left. Still works for me. There seems to be a minor performance issue at present which is leading to undisplayed images. I expect it will just be a transient problem.

And what did Jon do yesterday? It won't happen to this thread (even though the word god seems to appear quite frequently in it ) as it is staying on topic and there are no complaints.

On the brakes bit, yes I agree the Brembos are good, Ian's work in creating the discs is good and the prices are good as well, but you know me, I ain't following the herd
