Here's my little beauty

1.2TSI Monte Carlo Estate, registered 30/06/17

Mudflaps, wind deflectors, gloss black rear bumper trim (matches the defuser)

Had it 12 days and 145 miles and it needs a bludy good wash already.

Trying to learn as much as I can from the styling forum.

Poxy sounding horn, other than that, love it.

Picked up my new car on 1st Sept:

Fabia 1.0 TSI 110 Estate, Cappichino

Clubber 17" wheels

Privacy glass

Spare wheel

Changed from a 2016 Fabia 1.2 TSI 90 Hatch and what a difference. Much more responsive and 6th gear a must have! Really pleased with my new Fabia, just wish I had gone for the 110 Estate last year.

Fabia hatch, 1.2 TSI 90 Ambition

Race blue

Full size spare wheel

Swing radio

6 years full warranty.

Build on March 24, 2017 and delivered and registered on June 2nd, 2017. Ordered the car from the existing stock. Done 5000 quite dynamic miles on it so far and it drives like a champ. Except a flat tire from driving over a nail 3 days after delivery, but that cant be blamed on the car. :D

Hasnt "eaten" even a drop of oil yet (weekly checks), which was very surprising to me, given that I was a Renault owner for 8 years prior to this great Fabia. :D

I was inspired for Skoda by my dad, who owned a new 98 Octavia (1.8 20V 125bhp) and had it for 14 years and we all loved it. But 5 years ago he switched over to Chevrolet Aveo (1.4 16V 101bhp) in good hope, but now regrets he didnt go for a Skoda. Even being 10hp short, my Fabia "out drags" that Aveo all day any day. :) Thank you torque.

Lately I am learning more about my car via the ECU data, but more will be said in a separate thread one day when I finish my tests. :)

Whoop whoop! Myrtle my Rallye Green with black Colour Edition 1l TSI 95bhp arrived today. Back to a Fabia from a Citigo after nearly three years. I've loved my white Citigo Monte but the pants view due to the thick pillars has got more and more on my nerves. Mind you, I'll never have a white car again ever, even if you gave it away!

With each look online (and nifty little videos the dealer sent) and sitting in her this evening I'm realising how much I've missed a Fabia. I've always gone for decent spec (this will be my fifth) but delighted how much is now standard. Just got to work out all the tech now.

Could do with some advice - rear parking sensors - are they always on? I can't see anything in the manual or within the car settings themselves. I've not reversed (yet) to find out!

It appears Android Auto is the best app for me and I've got it all up and running, but changing from radio on the screen to Google Maps and setting a destination is clunky and needs lots of screen touching. I can't see how to do easily at the flick of a finger or thumb. Am I missing something?

New owner! January 2018

Fabia  Rallye green & black 1Lt TSI

Very nice.

What has other people found to be the best navigation, Google maps? does it work on the infosystem?

Currently found the Skoda recommeded software a little too expensive.

Thanks for any ideas\hints\suggestions.
