Want To Help Briskoda?

Forums, funny old things arn't they, people come and go, seasons pass, snow falls and melts...

...well the Summer of 2003 is now over, we get down for the long evenings with a glass of Malt and a new release of forum software to keep our fingers warm while we bodge it into our unique Briskoda shape!

To mark this upcoming event we are having a Autumn Tidy up, there will be a slight change as the team of super briskodians work there magic on the site.

There used to be enough of us, but as we have expanded so much over spring and summer, we find the need for more super briskodians, so if you would like to take part in the "backroom" activities then drop them a note at [email protected].

If you think you could help and would be willing to try it out for a while then please drop us aline and let us know what sort of things you like doing, be it pencil pushing, graphic design, organising hotels ;) web development, group buys or just reading each and every post then please drop us a line.

Thanks to each and every one of you for reading this, each read, post and smiley  adds to our community strength, keep it up all of you!

Colin,

It's late, I'm tired - just tried to e-mail you (oh, dear, can't get e-mail to work, what hope do I have of helping to run Briskoda.net...

Anyway, I'm up for basic pencil pushing, code monkeying ( sh/ksh/bash scripting, C, C++, PHP, just experimenting with Java...), etc

)

i would be up for helping out colin preferably just organising things as computer skills not to good

mailed Team Briskoda last week and awaiting instructions........

Would love to play a part in the organisation part of the group, such as buys, outings, etc. Due, however, to accessing the site too often from work, I have to restrict time spent during 9-5, so can't really see the point or practicalities in any "overseeing" of goings on. :(

Also, techie stuff is way over me as I don't know my HTML from my Java, and don't really see the point in trying to learn now (unless it's something I could do from home in my "spare" time) I do, however, know how to navigate my way around the www, and source info, etc.

I'll still be around, and can be called on to help with things, and will if I can in any way.

Me too!

Computer skills basic to say the least but if any help is needed organising meets and events etc, give me a shout.

to quote that block from popstars:

'can you feel the love in this room?' ;)

seriously though. briskoda=fantastic.

Just let me know what you want me to do......happy to help

I would have offered, but don't know what I could bring to the party (apart from my charm, personality and devilishly good looks ;) )

Colin, I'll help out with routes and stuff (any excuse for a day out driving round the country)

My computer skills too are pretty basic, but would be willing to help out where possible on other things.
