Looking to do the 312/256 upgrade on my fabia.

 

When searching ebay for 256 carriers there's some listed for mk2 golf, will these be ok for the octavia calipers?

Mk2? They never had 256 mm rears. Sure you are not looking at mk2 front 256mm carriers?

You need seat Cupra / mk4 golf 256mm rears, or Octavia vRS

Possibly the front then. I might have a full set of calipers but no carriers so just seeing what carriers I can buy for them.

I have fronts and rears for sale.

Your best bet is octavia vrs 312 front and 256 vented rears.

The callipers on their own are sadly useless and worth very little.

The front carriers can fetch £100 + on their own.

Already have them. And they are now for sale. Car is staying as is.

Looks right, but a bit pricey - I guess they are recon so perhaps paying for a bit of guarantee.

Agreed, ended up selling the full set I had for £100 in the end to get shut of them.
