Kingsthorpe aren't an approved retailer, so things to check when dealing with 'specialists'- whether the car is an ex lease car, if they've bought it in from another dealer, or if it's an import. The first 2 would make you the second owner of the car, the third has bearing on what warranty you get, also no Skoda Assistance.

CORRECTION- The company are CAR-NATION, they are approved and their ADDRESS is KINGSTHORPE GROVE. Nice company, good people and Adrian there is a good bloke and top geezer etc etc.

They are very helpful I had my previous Octy serviced by them and they provided a really good service, they seem to get some good cars on the stock list at reasonable prices, I nearly bought an Rs from them and would not hesitate to recommend them , Adrian is the man to speak to.

As previous people have mentioned, a good bunch of people, but sadly let down by the service department, that can't seem to keep pace with the amount of cars they sell. I suppose if you're an 'ordinary' punter, a month to have a flywheel replaced, and a month to have an anti-roll bar replaced may be acceptable. Us Northampton Taxi drivers are getting a little frustrated driving around with faults that take ages to correct. My car goes in on October 23rd to get the roll bar sorted, and when I pick it up, I'm going to have to book the 60k service for early December to guarantee a slot.

Car-Nation are my local Skoda dealer...the staff seem to be very helpful in there.

That Fabia is a locally registered car (PBD is a Northampton code) so it was probably originally supplied by themselves at new.
