Skoda Fabia Sport/WRC

Featured Replies

i got asked by my local skoda dealer to try help them make a fabia look like its WRC equivilent.

the car is a 55-reg Skoda Fabia Sport 1.2 12v (so not fast)

i've spent the last 3 weeks adding bits to it, and finally got it finished today.

pics of the recent work i have done so far are viewable at

http://ktp-racing.com/skoda/

it now has a WRC spoiler fitted, unfortunatly they got it painted silver and not green so i only managed to cover the sides in green, to do the whole thing is just impossible.

just a pity they couldnt get the wide body kit to make a proper replica lol

i'll post up some pics of it in its finished condition at the beggining of next week, it looks really good in my opinion.

i'm now going to sell my Octy to try get a Fabia vRS and do the same to it or just get an Octy vRS not quite sure whats the best one to go for yet.

That is looking well smart.

Where do i sign up to get that done to mine :rubchin:

If i had

That looks awesome, well done that man!!

Is that the Fabia sitting in the Westend Skoda garage in Broxburn West Lothian? Or has someone else been at it as well?

thats the one, i dropped it off at lunchtime today.

i'm picking it back up tomorrow afternoon, i'm taking it to livicruise tomorrow night then crail on the sunday.

So I guess you have the Rally red Octy Vrs in Broxburn that's been lowered, wheels, big exhaust and stickers and stuff on it. The reg is very close to my standard Octy Vrs before I put my private plate on it.

Have you done much under the bonnet or just cosmetic stuff?

yeah thats my car, its only a 1.6, dont really see much point in doing anything to the engine, the exhaust helps it sound like something its not tho, so its all cosmetic, hoping to trade it for an RS soon tho

 That looks bloody great, look forward to seeing it when its fully finished.

any plans on bring it along to the RR day to show it off ;)

that sounds like a good idea, i'll need to check with the garage and look up the date of the RR day.

would be good to take it, its only a 1.2 so not really worth puttin on the rollers

spot on!!

The only thing i'd want to do different is the wheel arches.

That looks really well. Its a great way of advertising the car & dealers. It'll definitely get spotted.

Very impressive
