Just spoke to the dealer. I now have a confirmed BW10. Not to bad, considering I didn´t place the order before 27th of November.

Just spoke with the dealer to get an update before Christmas and now got an unconfirmed build week of 10 so it has slipped back by a week.  Really hoping this moves in the new year as I hoped to have it for the 1st of March, currently looking more like April.

Ordered 6/10/2015 at dealership with delivery for Tuesday.

Spoke with dealer, my SEL Exec 1.4 DSG Hatch is built and in the UK apparently (one of the ports).

Order sent (officially) on 8 October. So that's 10 weeks from order to being in the UK. Not bad.

your one of the lucky ones, enjoy your new car, cant wait to hear about it. I have ordered the manual one of these and will be interested in your opinion of its performance and fuel economy still not driven one. The 1.4 is a rare beast on the UK roads. Just cant wait for mine now. 12 weeks gone hopefully only 6-8 week more to go.

Soooooooo not Fair, I want my car now but have to wait.  :'(  enjoy when you get it.

Mine finally arrived yesterday. Transported up from Tamworth. Only 9 miles on the clock. Quite dirty when it arrived though, on the outside at least. Good experience overall with Freedom, the lease company, but Skoda weren't great on updates and stuff.

I would be surprised if they will hold it that long for you. After all it's their responsibility until it's delivered and that's a long time to hold onto an allocated car.

Personally dont see the point of waiting for the car for the sake of a reg plate diff, after all the build date of the car is the key element when re-sale pricing is concerned, ie.. its still a 2016 car if registered on the 1st of Jan...

 

But saying that... i will be sticking my private plate on it from day one so maybe i see it different than others...

True. But it's also about finances for me so need a bit more time!

They promised me that it's fine for them to keep hold of the car until mid February when they will transport it to Allams of Epsom (Neil is taking care of me there and I trust his track record)

Got a surprise email from the dealership this morning to say that have the car! It'll be ready for me to pick up on Wednesday - a nice Christmas present

 

Order placed 11/09/2015 so that makes it just under 14 weeks waiting for a fully loaded L&K 280 estate. I was expecting to wait longer.

Just ordered the Superb Estate in Quartz Grey today  -  I really really wanted the Rosso Brunello but was told that it is no longer being made *sad face*  
Have now settled on Quartz Grey but am seriously looking at the Petrol Blue - I can't make up my mind and I only have 14 days to swtich colours *sweat breaks out*

Forgot to add the Sunset to the list (darkened back windows)  and 4 winter tires. 

After reading through all the comments here I am worried about the estimated delivery time my dealer gave me with the options I have taken....I hope I am wrong.

SkodaMayhem. How come you didn't order the L&K.

The L&K only comes with a 2.0 motor and also brown leather seats...as beautiful as they are I would be panicking everytime the kids got in and out.  On top of that it worked out more expensive believe it or not so the choice was made easily.
