More or less decided a "16" plate now.

I've gone from a week 13 build to a week 7 to a week 5 unconfirmed.. Have been told to call them next week as it should be confirmed by then. Ordered early Nov.

Just been told mine is built. Ordered sel combined 220 tsi 28 the Sept. May get it end of Jan.

Update on mine, now at uk port (arrived today) due with my dealer end Jan :-) sel exec

They were all ordered from the same dealer.

That's what I thought but skoda uk lady said it will take 2 weeks to get it to my dealer.

My dealer reckons mine will be delivered this week and only recently arrived in the country, probably same shipping date as you. Built 21st dec

got my handover this coming Friday, im trying to get a picture or viewing of the car before the handover. Ordered Petrol Blue would like to know if that's the colour I got..

My SE L Exec 1.4 ACT DSG with a host of extras ordered 23 September and advised Unconfirmed status 10 BW 07 at time of order.

Update Mid November to advise now slipped to BW 17 Status 10

Update 28 November now BW 05 Status 10

Update 08 December still BW 05 Status 10

Update 15 December now BW 07 Status 10

Update today still BW 07 Status 10

 

As other have said no logic to the timescales - so should see it in a fraction under 6 months.!!

Just had an update on mine. Was ordered with the dealer 28th September and the first unconfirmed BW was 14 just been told unconfirmed BW 8 so it has moved in the right direction. Bog standard SEL exec with only Phoenix alloys an option.

Wow, that's the same day mine was ordered and I have already had my car for nearly five weeks!

Certainly is no rhyme nor reason to this whatsoever.

Finally get my car today (SE 4x4 TDI 150 with Grey interior).  Glad to see it had the specified Stratos alloys and silver roof rails....not sure why I got them when others haven't?  The Grey interior looks fabulous especially with the Quartz Grey exterior.

The weather is really bad here so just one pick of the exterior, I'll get some of the interior when the sun eventually comes out!

It has taken me 14.5 weeks in total from ordering to pick up today, not bad really...

 

 

Just had confirmation from rrg Rochdale my car has arrived at the port. Should be with them by the end of next week so long as there is enough cars for the transporter ordered 2 October. I'll post some pics when I get my hands on it.

Rang SUK on Monday well that was a waste of time and breath. No interest at all

Spoke with my dealers main sales manager who then went to skoda via there retail support and got blanked at first but a second call and confirmed that the alloys are the delay.

So have changed my order this afternoon to the 18" Modus alloys.

So it's wait and see it makes any diff to the b/w

I am certainaly looking at other options at the moment. Going to test drive a 2.0 tdi A6 estate DSG on saturday. If I like it might order the Quattro version of this which has just been released. Don't really want to go down this route as the car is smaller, more expensive and in my mind an earlier generation motor being originally released in 2011. The other option that I am exploring is the 240bhp Passat estate GT. Not sure what lead times look like on this as I only emailed the dealer today.

What annoys me is I ordered my car in the middle of December and still don't have an confirmed of unconfirmed build date whereas the a Wife walks into an Audi Showroom on the 2nd Jan, Places the order on the 3rd and today get a build date of week 5. This is for an A3 E-Tron with a number of toys. How annoying is this???

My Superb L&K estate 190 DSG 4X4 Business Grey, beige leather & Anthracite Pegasus ordered on 06/10/15, last I knew was build week 52 (never told if confirmed/unconfirmed) arrived at the dealer on Monday (they were surprised it was that quick) & handover is next Monday! Can't wait.
