Peoples Porsche 2016 ?

Featured Replies

I read from top to bottom and im more confused now than I was to start with lol.

I think it's best to start with a budget and then work out what's available in that range. Targa's and auto's are worth less than manual coupés.

And join some forums: http://www.911uk.com/forum.phphttp://www.porscheclubgb.com/forum/http://rennlist.com/forums/

Although rennlist is a US website, there's a huge amount of information there and some really good technical guides.

If my budget was higher, I'd definitely look at 911's, but below £20K there's not much worth buying that isn't a potential money pit, whereas at that level you could buy a mint, low mileage 928.

I'm looking at the £7K to £10K range and whilst there's plenty of choice, trying to find one that is in the right condition, with sensible mileage, decent service history, recent cambelt / water pump change, etc., etc,. isn't easy.

Porsche 718 Boxster  / Cayman 2016, could one of these  be my retirement car - post Golf R Estate, for this Wiltshire Silver Surfer !?

So what does this lot have to say or just print what they have been told in a Press Hand out.
