I've just noticed the new cars for sale here also don't seem to have these wind deflectors either, maybe they have been dropped from model year 2017 - or perhaps the factory have just run out of parts.

Sorry - Autotrader link doesn't appear to work for some reason. Do a search for a 2016 onwards Sportline Estate in red and you will see it doesn't have the black wind deflectors fitted.

No all estates in the UK regardless of engine size.

 

Have a look at mine, top of the window - curved black wind deflector:

 

 

The black wind deflectors are on UK models from SE Business upwards.

 

The Greenline models also have an extra black tailgate spoiler.

It does seem to be a bit random, I'm sure there's a logical answer but I can't see what it is at the moment. I posted a picture (post 1050) for EspenSolgaard the other day of Nick_H's car which clearly shows the wind deflectors. Looking on Autotrader some seem to have them and some don't. Only Skoda know for sure!!!.

Its only the S, SE and Sportline which dont have them from what i can see. (Greenline has an extended tailgate spoiler.) for UK spec cars

On Autotrader there is a 16 reg Jungle Green SEL that doesn't have them!.

I have been through the online configuration tool.

 

Its Only the 1.4 TSI engine which does not have them. even at S, SE, SEL trims. ,

 

They are included on all other models fitted with a TDI unit or bigger Petrol engine..

My dealer said it was 1.4 and 1.8 that's not got this black trim bits. Regardingless if it is L&K or not.

It has something to do with how much CO2 the car is producing.

Anyone got some pictures of a Silver Hatch/Saloon ? Preferably with 19'' wheels, if possible ? 

 

Am in doubt between Silver and Beige Cappuccino. The latter I have test drove with 19'' wheels, so got my own pictures, but am missing on the Silver one.

Yesterday I could see for the first time my just arrived MY2017 hatch diesel 150hp  Style lava blue. Next Friday I'll pick it up from the dealer. It took around 3.5 months (first estimation was 6!)

Very rare combination - red + hatch  :clap: , especially with 19'' wheels.

 

Am really keen on seing some pictures - so please share some pictures here - perhaps will be an inspiration for others.

Hi not seen a hatch in red. Looking forward to seeing it around Saddleworth. I didn't buy locally BTW
