Richard - I'll sort out payment when I get to Germany once I have some miles under the Fabia's belt.

Even from watch one open pit day I know people watch for quiet periods, or watch for certain cars going out if they want to tussle with them etc. All depends on your personal style whether you want it busy, quiet etc.

 

As a noob I'll be watching for quiet periods with no lunatics

Quiet periods are also good if you have a slow car like mine, because you don't have to hold back to let as many people past

 

On topic though, I wish I wasn't skint as I'd have been straight on this! 230 mile trip, trackday then back again sounds like a nice do, and cheap too!. But I think it'll be next year before I can afford to get on track again. Anyway, good luck people and thanks to Richard for organizing it!

 

Edit: I may see about getting insurance on pay monthly and get down there anyway. watch this space and see.

well there's you 2 that won't be overtaking and I won't, so that's 5% of everyone there so actually you'll only be being overtaken by 95% of the people there of which 27 are from here so when you work it out 47.4% of the people overtaking you will be forum friends. Not as bad as you thought then hey.
