That badge has given me an excellent idea for mine.....well excellent in my mind lol

I just want a hashtag and my number on the boot, #983 would look ok in the bottom corner of the back window.

Under normal driving it's not really that loud, it's when you put your foot down the noise is spectacular

I'm planning on sticking my gopro on the back of the car very soon so will upload some better videos!

And I sold them I while ago sorry man

Small weekend update:

Sprayed my grille surround, looks so much better than the polished finish in my eyes!

And a cheeky engine bay shot with new s2000 filter as my old one was dented in from the cold air feed pipe rubbing on it... I've now fixed it down so it won't happen again! Only problem is Euro car parts didn't have anymore of the red ones so settled for a green one, and drilled into it for the vacuum pipe

Got some facelift tail lights so fitted them today, much prefer the look of them to the pre-facelift!

Where did you get that done? I emailed 1stop in Burton and a power flow garage in Derby and non of them replied.

Currently, I gutted my backbox and it didn't even change the sound when it was back on (I thought it would echo and be louder) so I chopped a hole in the bottom of it until I sort it lol.

Somewhat barbaric but I hate having the power and speed without any exhaust sound, just horrible sounding engine revving it sounds so wrong.

E/ blacked out grille, now you just need some fly eye or tint on those horrible Fabia headlights

Finally got my boost gauge hooked up, had bad needle flutter so got an inline filter on it.

Also an allard egr delete to replace my old one which I couldn't run a boost gauge with.

Just a quick video of the boost gauge in action, although this is before I sorted the needle flutter.

And with the Hardcut popcorn limiter set to 4500rpm.

Got myself some coilovers, cheap and cheerful!

And brand new pd150 turbo GT1749vb

So the day has finally come, gt1749vb is being fitted with help from hutchy!

Oooh nice, my last turbo swap only took a couple hours. Even on a standard map there's quite a difference.

I'm sure Jamie will be along later with pictures.

It didn't take long, a good morning just taking our time really, didn't have much to rush for, was an alright job

So the next job on the list of things to do is -

PD150 headbolts

Rocker cover gasket

Oil and oil filter change

 

Then we will be ready to get it on the rolling road and hopefully see some good figures after a remap!

If anyone can recommend a good remapping company in the North East please let me know.
