My new red fabia vrs

Featured Replies

So I purchased my new fabia vrs 2004 couple of months ago for a bargain (£1200) with 140,000 on the clock.

So far i have done,

EGR delete

K&N panel filter

Anthracite vrs alloys

front upper seat sport strut brace

Double din HU

312mm front brake upgrade

Rear window tints (medium)

front LCR splitter

LED sidelights

Have a few more upgrades in the pipe line so keep an eye out for my updates.

Just bought a GoPro hero 4 silver so done a little tester on the roof of the vrs with the GoPro suction cup...

Nice driveway mate. Fabia looks like a monster truck...

Needs mud flaps maybe

:D

Got a full milltek system fitted today, come off a crash damaged fabia vrs so was slightly twisted.

But got it cheap anyway so can't complain...

Looks good. Be interesting to see how you get on with the intercooler.

Thanks, I'm interested to see how I get on with the intercooler too...

Will all be happening in the next few days so keep an eye out

Great project, I will be aware of updates and other mods that make on it

Small update for now...

Been delayed with fitting the uprated SMIC due to not having any time to do it.

For now just fitted the s2k filter with cold air feed!

Looking great :) smic looks intriguing

Smic fitted just a few modifications still to be made for it to be sitting perfect.

Modifications made:

Cut the corner of the crash bar for better air flow

Cut the plastic down where the headlight sits

Cut a small section out the back of the headlight

Extended the wires to the map sensor

I might have to replace the coupling to the turbo as there was quite a lot of play in it. So I believe there is still a boost leak issue... Once that is done I'm hoping to get some logs to see if the uprated smic is doing the job better than standard

Would it have been possible to weld a stub onto the outlet of the IC and avoid having to so the cutting?
