Yep. A RHD 1969 Lancia Flavia 1.8 Coupe. I happened to be at Duxford for work reasons back in April and this was one of the lots in an auction of classic cars:

Nice indeed! The ordinary Goggo was not uncommon when I was a kid, nor was their three-wheeler or their rather clumsy motor scooter. But I've never seen a convertible. The Aussies even built a roadster on the Goggo chassis, the Goggomobil Dart.

Now try this:

   Beans and breadcrumbs!

We cannot let this drag on any longer... Magic62 deserves credit for identifying the Vespa 400, designed in Italy but built in France:

The "bread bin" is actually the battery storage - easy maintenance!

Saw one at a 2nd hand car dealer back in 1975 and was tempted - but he wanted £300 which was an awful lot of money back then. I still wonder if I should have bought it...

The field is open for new challenges!

@camelspyyder, you are almost right. It is the 0,01% of unsureity of swedishskoda that should complete the correctness.

It is the BMW 502 coupé (the Barockengel is the saloon).

So over to you.
