Have read all the posts on the centre resonator delete and just got it done this morning for only $80 and the results are great. It now has a nice throaty gurgle at idle and some cool burps and farts on gear changes. Can hear the difference on take off but no drone at cruise. The replacement pipe is 2.25". 

Here's a pic of the centre box removed. Only took the exhaust place 25min to cut out the centre box and weld in the straight pipe. Such a fan of the result!
