Press and hold down Menu button to enter Engineering menu.

There you need to find Software Train information and post that.

Press and hold down Menu button to enter Engineering menu on the radio itself.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I checked my car and didn't find the menu button you said on the radio.

Press and hold down the setup button, the information I posted before will come out.

Thanks and looking forward to your new reply.

I still have no idea of what software update applies to you.

Can you try again with radio on, and hold the Setup button for 10 seconds, don't release button early.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I sat in the car for a long time and still found no more new information.

I press and hold the setup button for more than 30 seconds, and still the previous information is displayed.

Also I tried pressing and holding down all the other buttons and nothing happened.

Thanks and looking forward to your new reply.

Well this could be interesting... there exists these 2x flash files 1Z0035156M_DE2_0011.sgo and 1Z0035156M_DE2_0012.sgo

But they need to be flashed via the OBD port, so you will need the tools which you most likely won't have.

oh...no...
Could you please tell me what tools should I need?
I may also have a consider.
I lost a lot of fun because the bluetooth connection doesn't have stereo...

You need to find a garage with ODIS Engineering, ODIS Service or locate someone with an aftermarket tool like VAG CAN Pro to flash firmware.

There are a few other tools no doubt, but they are the top items.

okay
Thank you anyway!😁
