Look at the picture in the post above, hold down your Menu/Setup key for about 10 seconds to locate.

This is where you need to update firmware.

It should be same firmware as your previous post as both are MIB1

i was not able to choose the Sd Card as an update medium because it was grey. 
fat32 formatted

Have you tried with a USB stick?  That would be next choice.

no not till now, that can i test later.

 

the Sd card works because theres a audio file which can be played on the media player but alle three udate things are grey with an fat32 formatted  32Gb SDHC card

Now the update worked and is done but now there‘s no bluetooth available 🥹

And the second problem is that the Radio is not saving the programmed radio stations. All of the are gone after restart

There's a factory reset choice, or sometimes you hold down the power button until it reboots, then release it.

Is there something i can do because of the bluetooth connection i wrote in a pn ? Theres no bluetooth after firmware update

yes i have done a factory reset but the problem is still here.

no theres no BT from the car anymore. looks like the firmware update has killed the Bluetooth from my Radio.

What was your orginal version for this car?

It's highly unlikely to have killed it, but if you changed versions there could be new coding perhaps.

 

I can look about for an older version, there are also ways with software tools to force a SWDL (Software Download)

You are the only person that has reported this bug/issue.
