How Fast 2016 ("How Fast 4") 9th July - CANCELLED.

Featured Replies

Dates now released by MSV!

We have the 10am session on Saturday 9th July.
Only three sessions per day now as a lunch break:
8am, 10am and 1pm.

Perfect not to start too early and then head down to a local pub for lunch afterwards. :)

Noise test is 98db static.
There is a drive by too, 92db I believe but will check.

Held at Bedford Autodrome everyone gets an hours practise to learn the track and then 2 individual timed laps to set the fastest possible time.
Fastest lap "wins" and getts bragging rights over the rest of the forum! :p

Circuit looks like this:

Maximum attendence is only 18 cars
The timed element adding a competitive edge and the hour and a bit running meaning it's not as car killing as a full track day, while being a lot of fun.

Don't forget we will be off the pub afterwards for lunch. :) (50% usually go to this too)

Definitely :)

Doubt I'll be in the running for 1st again though. :D

100% up for this. :-)

Definitely, I plan to prop up the table again ;)

Definitely providing no more wheels fall off on the way!

I'll aim to be there this year. Need to find out how much quicker I am now.

I am in, just got to get the Golf sorted after Rockingham, it needs a waste gate and a small oil leak fixing.

Count me in.    for the pub too

Yes I'll try and get to it this time :)

Ooo I may be up for this :p

Hey Trevor, we will have to convoy down to Bedford, I am not too far from you now, at Tadcaster.  The town of two halves.

They always say you should regularly check your nuts :P

Ill be there as normal! Allways look forward to this!

Awesome :) Which side though it's a ball ache getting to other side haha

Not sure if I'll make it this year, Brisk Rover gearbox knackered and needs many pennies spending on it. House also needs decorating apparantly so funds a bit tighter this year.

Room with a view available if you want it Jason, even if I don't go to Bedford myself.

may well do!  Just if I see a bowl of lemons in your lounge, I'm finding the nearest Premier Inn!  :P

I'd love to, but I don't want to break the car again :(

don't know if I will make it this year, the 153,000 mile barge is not designed for a track! (got to make it run right on the road for a start! :o )

I'd love to, but I don't want to break the car again :(

take the fabia instead!!

Interested, depending on when.

sounds like this could be fun, only 18 spaces though :(

Edit: just saw the thread from last year and it took a while to fill up so fingers crossed I can sneak in :)

Ah damn, won't be possible with that date as in the Lakes on a camping weekend (and provided all goes well with my house move days beforehand as well :o )
