  • I'm 7ft 2'', and had to have help from the dealer to get comfortable.

  • I am 3 ft and have no problem driving the fabia. I have to wear big wooden blocks on my feet and a nice cushion under my backside

I'm 4'6" and have no worries

im 6'4" and i can fit in mine with no problem i dont need to put the seat right back. though it gets tight when there is people in the back, but this is not very often.

Someone has already mentioned steering wheel adjustment, remember that the fabia has both reach AND rake which makes a great difference to driving comfort. I find I can get the best position in this car to almost any other car, and yes I also have the drivers seat on the lowest setting. 6' tall, and 75kgs.

Cheers.

RBW.

I am a 6ft 6inch beefeater and i can fit myself, and my hat, into the car with no problem on the way to the changing of the guard.

Not wishing to be outdone, I'm 8' 10" and removed the front seats, I now sit in the back seat to drive the car, plenty of room in me' Furbie 2-seater.

I went to have a look at a VRS Fabia at the weekend' date=' sadly my interest was halted straight awayas I couldn't fit in the thing. I'm six two and couldn't get the sead back far enough to get comfortable.............anyone else has this problem?

 6'3 and fit into it easily, in fact my seat is not even as far back as it can go. Strange:confused:

Okay you know what? Don't do that, because I almost fell for it and was close to pulling another 'Mil' until I saw Pixi rolling all over...

I'm 5 ft 6" and 46 stone.......I can't get in either. It's not the head room it's the door, not wide enough.........................................Actually I'm 6 ft 4" and have no problem

Funny how Pixi rolling over can stop a man in his tracks

I find the Fabia very spacious - much like a Citroen 2CV

I never know if you are joking or not! ;)

I used to have the seat right back and I'm a dwarf (well compared to you folks anyway! ) My Fabia didn't have reach adjustment though - when was that introduced?

Chris

have my seat down and also drop the steering wheel lower.

Hi

I find no problems getting 6'3" of meat comfortable and a basketball playing customer of mine at 6'7" also gets in and is easily comfortable. The curious thing is that even my most dainty and petite of girl pupils can get comfortable and see out sufficiently well to do all the standard manouvers with ease.

The Fabia is a truly excellent car from an ergonomics perspective. Reach adjustable steering is something that us taller folk really benefit from. In most cars I find myself either too close to the pedals or too far from the wheel.

Chris

Time for the truth, I am not really 7ft 2'' and I didn't need any help from the dealer to get comfortable.

@ Mil, we know a song about that, all together now, 'There were ten in the bed and the little one said roll over, roll over

The passenger seat doesn't adjust downwards does it?

I'm 2ft and stand on the seat.Had to get DSG fitted

nope the passenger seat isnt height adjustable

The peddles have extendable rods that can be adjusted to come right up to the seat if required for those who are vertically challenged.

18 1 and no problem.

Dunno about you boys, but I find the interior of the Fabia very spacious, with masses of headroom to accommodate my 70's style Afro :fro:, but the front doors just seem that little bit too short. A 3-door body would fix this because the doors could be made that bit longer. :eat:
