Great watch!

I've got the Big Yellow, Wooly Mammoth & Aqua Deluxe towels + my favourite the Definitive Wax Towels.

All fantastic for what I need. His reviews on the ones I have are absolutely spot on aswell.

Very keen on trying the silver back KKD towel based on his review too.

The videos he's uploading are great to watch and thoroughly enjoyed that!

Always a good watch - although slow going at times...

 

Like wise i have the followings....

 

Big Yellow - getting a bit pricey; worth noting you can still get this direct from Paragon much cheaper.

Wooly Mammoth - still a good towel but needs to be slightly damp to strat with ideally.

 

Purple Monster - tried this and then moved to their buffing cloths which i quite like.

 

....and as it turns out i got a KKD Silverback in the Xmas sale... but havent started using it yet.

 

Like you - I have been using the Definitive Wax drying towels consistently and loving them.

 

Might be time to burst out the KKD pack now.....

Certainly worth breaking the seal on the KKD based on Jons review!

He certainly puts a lot of effort & time into these tests & competitions. Fair play to him!

I have one from Shop N Shine I think. Blue with red edges. Adams waffle and the Fireball one. Fireball is by far my favourite. Can dry almost 2 cars with it

Not mentioned in this review - i recently tested the Auto Perfection Pro drying towel.

 

Very impressed with it for the price point.

 

Used it on a recent detailing day with Karl and found it just sucked up the water with ease.

It managed to dry the vRS and the R36 no problem....

Fantastic towel! Surprised at how much water it took! Weighed more than me when finish! Lol!

hahaha - you put it better than i could matie - i wasnt sure to describe how much water it absorbed!

 

But for sure - it was darned heavy after drying two full cars and not a drip coming off the towel.

I've used my kkd silverback and while it is a very good towel I prefer my autofinesse towel now it's stopped malting all over my car

In the absence of the Fireball stock..... the Gyeon Silk dryer is next up for a test....
