Halloween is nearly here

Sadly linked these days to the awful US "tradition" of "Trick or Treat".

 

Normally I keep a hose pipe hanging out over the front door, but this year I thought I would be more subtle, and give them all toffee-onions.

 

Which do you think would be best, fresh or pickled??

Some chocolate covered garlic might be nice too and some bullet chilis.

Toffee onions haha made me giggle quite a bit!

I normally plunge the house into darkness and set the cctv up on the iPad, in case any master bakers turn up with their eggs and flour.
