I have seen older posts relating the above issue in this forum, but posting if anyone else has seen this issue recently.

 

Yesterday morning, (it was not too cold but rainy maybe around 2-3 degrees in Cambridge) the Bolero touchscreen was not responding to any touch input. (This is Bolero with versions HW:041/SW:0435) 

 

The touch screen was responding as designed today morning (bit colder day today). The dealer has agreed to do diagnostics next week but I think there wont be anything for them to find if the touchscreen is working ok. 

 

Does anyone else had intermittent issues with touch screen and if so could you please share how it was fixed?

Amundsen here - did it once on a very cold damp morning lost all the presets and phone stuff . Never repeated though (fingers crossed) .

There is a Software update which is supposed to fix the problem. 

Thanks for the replies. Is the s/w update the upgrade from version 435 to version 490? Also, the guide that comes with this s/w does say the touch issues (not sure how many issues were originally found) would need a new touch screen. I might still update the software though. 

Hi mine seems to be doing the same have rev 475 software. Where can I find the download for 490 thanks

Had it on mine a few times. Screen was swapped and it fixed it.
