God it is foggy this morning in Aragon.     Aragon, Honda track, Mark Marquez home track !   Take that Honda, guy with a broken leg on a Yamaha demotes Hondas to the second row.

 

Vinales looks cautious but confident.  Clearly the Yamaha does not like the damp conditions due to wheel spin in the wet.  Hope for a nice warm MotoGP race and expect Moto3 might be after MotoGP with all the delays in starting.

 

Ducatis not slow at 212 down the 1k straight.  Come on Bradley, dont let Kalio steal your ride.   Same for Cal, even though you are riding a Honda.

Mind you the factory Yam is looking good in all areas!

I sure hope Rossi stays on - he may ride with a leg like that, but even a small crash would be very serious

 

Vinales just did not seem to want to push it too the limit.  Think he, and Dovi, thought MM might fall off and they would then take more points and MM might even hurt himself and miss one our more races.

Their choice, but I'd have walked the ginger and promoted the Finn.

It did look likely.  Maybe the new contract specifies conditions under which the swap can take place.

Bradders gets highest grid slot of year (and outqualifies Pol) at Motegi (with brand new contract in pocket).

Wow, that GP was more like Moto3!

 

It was almost as good as the 2010 Assen WSB where about 8 riders on different bikes fought the whole way in both races.

 

WSB was just way more scary though.

Of those 3, Binder for sure. Otherwise maybe Mika Kalio if available?

Kalio is works-contracted to KTM.

 

Yonny Hernadez is going to ride during testing for Tech 3. No news on a race deal.
