Skoda fabia 2005 electric window issue

Hi, this is my first post. 

Basically i I have a Skoda fabia  , my front electric windows are working very intermittently. Also my keys remote locks unlocks the car. Also does the alarm. However if I lock the car with the key it will lock but no alarm it or the light inside will not go off.  when I unlock the car with the key then only the driver door opens. 

process of elimination  fuse are ok, the wiring seems ok, panel of the door has been removed all ok.

i have had a reader scanned by a local technician who work with car electrics, he is saying that the reader is saying the car does not have electric windows.

so I am completely lost and puzzled , I may have to take it to Skoda who will charge there standard rate.
