Can't say about that specific kit but the one I used (& later put Mike Holroyd on to) is this...

More expensive than the one you're looking at but I've never had a moments trouble with mine, & I know Mike's equally happy with his set up.

It will work, but you would have to cut out some of the tailgate to fit a larger boot opener with camera

I all ready have a tailgate camera on the boot release witch goes to the front of the car but it has the yellow jack plug and positive live and trigger live from the reversing light .

so I would probably be better off getting the kuatec kit and try and find someone to do the v c d s,

Yes, you'd need it coding but it's simple enough for VCDS. The Kufatec kit looks tricky because they include pictures for various cars but the kit comes with instructions which are fairly simple. Plus the boot handle camera is a direct replacement so fits perfectly & looks really OEM.

If they are confusing then work it out one part at a time making notes :)

Anyway, after a quick look through the instructions, it appears to suggest the following for an RNS510/315:

The camera RCA connects to the yellow RCA (in the bag), do NOT connect the camera directly to the interface.

The other end of the yellow RCA (in the bag) go to the connector for the kufatec interface (black pin5, yellow pin 14)

The remaining large connector goes to the headunit.

There should be 4 other wires from the kufatec interface which are:

- power, red (ideally a new fused feed, otherwise pin 15 on headunit)

- ground, brown (pin 12 on headunit)

- CAN high, black and white (pin 9 on headunit)

- CAN low, black and yellow (pin 10 on headunit)

If your wires are different colours, it might be worth asking Kufatec to confirm what they are.

I expect 'steady blue' is steady/permanent power given the others.
