DTUK CRD-T (Trevor) From MK3 Octavia VRS TDI Tuning Box

Featured Replies

Hi Folks

I have a One Year old CRD-T "Trevor" DTUK Tuning Box that I removed from my Octavia vRS (MK3 TDI 184bhp). It's been an exceptional bit of kit, only selling as I just bought a Superb Sportline 280 4x4

You can read the reviews here on Briskoda nad also see DTUK are well respected.

Wonder if this would work on my 2013 Golf Plus Tdi . Peter

Depends if it's a PD (Pump Duse) engine or a CR (Common Rail) if it was Common Rail I'm sure it would, PD, I'm sure it wouldn't :)

No good for the cr170 mk2 FL vrs?

What's the sportline like? Looks an awsome bot of kit. Does it move even though it's a big car?

Actually the DTUK site says it works

Ive only had the Sportline on a 24 hour demo, collecting next Friday but I can confirm it does hustle for a big car

Cancel that, it would need a new loom

Open to sensible offers folks :)  £200 would take it away :)

Been thinking about this, is this the stage two one?  Did you have your car on the rollers?

It's the Stage 2 (CRD-T) box, mine made around 224 / 500Nm and has been perfect over 24,000 miles of use. I would say this because I'm selling, but it really is a great bit of kit and is on and off in 5 minutes if the car goes in for servicing or Warranty.

It's nice to be able to tweak the settings slightly to deliver how you prefer it. As soon as I sell this, I'm ordering the FSR for my Superb.

Definitely interested, need to check finances!!

No problem mate, just let me know when you can.

I'd snap your hand off if I had a mk3... Dtuk reckons it's not compatible with mine.. Shame :(
