Hi all. My maxidot shows my speed in digital format, and always has done. This morning it decided to show my trip distance  instead ???

 

I corrected it OK, but anyone know why it changed ?

You've rotated the scroll wheel by mistake?

Asside from the obvious solution above, there were a few users who reported problems with the scroll buttons sticking or randomly changing in the forum.

If this happens again it may be an indication of the start of a problem with the button.

It's not sufficient to rotate the scroll wheel, you have to press the arrow button 1st, then rotate the wheel, then press to confirm ?

Current speed and trip distance are in the same menu so you you'd only need to scroll.

Deep respect yes I begin to understand the strange buttons & wheels on the RHS of my steering wheel. Oh I wish there was a manual that actually explained these things. ah well.

Hey, mecatalin, my octy 2 does it, english to czech? Did you ever find out why? The first time about to put VCDS on and it changed back? Going to try now if it's still czech.
