I've just realised the date on the press release is wrong, this was released yesterday, and also that this may be old news for many on here, seeing as the dealers were talking about this already. At £1300 that looks to be a nice £4-500 profit margin for the dealer & Skoda....

Nice that you can retro-fit in existing cars, but it's still £500 more than Seat Surgeons.

Pics?

Might have a word with the local dealer.

What about warrenty? Would it be a 1 year like all dealer fitted option or 3 like the factory or none.

Might have a word myself.

DONT BOTHER!! Seat Surgeons are much much cheaper. That's where they go anyway. They don't do the conversion at the dealer !!

I would of thought they would just get leather seat covers from Skoda UK. You saying the seat covers will come from Seat Surgeons?

I was offered this back in May from my dealer( £900 ). All they do is sub-contract the work out to Seat Surgeons in York

SWMBO told me that she had a bloke in to insure his new fabia vrs, and he said his has leather seats in it, fitted as an option.

as far as i'm aware ss retrim the door cards for the 800 notes aswell.

don't shoot me if im wrong:O

Yep, the cards are included in the SS special Briskoda price.

"The new bespoke leather seat option costs just £1,300 and can be ordered immediately. The price includes full-leather trim on all four seats and headrests. "

For comparison I had a local craftsman retrim mine from scratch giving me a choice of around 50-60 different grades and colours of leather. I was able to specify exactly the combination I wanted including modifications like deleting the silly side pockets, and all for £1200. The door cards were a £200 extra but well worth it.

Partnumber: ZGB6Y0061625

Interious Styling Type: Leather Seat Trim Upgrade

Price: £ 1300

Still NO pictures :(

I want this sooooooo bad!!! :D

I've got a picture in a word document, but don't know how to let you lot see it, any ideas???

Does look rather tasty I must admit, but I prefer the two-tone of the Seat Surgeons'.

It's amazing how you are always annoyed with them considering most others were very pleased

@WRC Ant - just save the pic separate from the word doc & then try uploading it, should do the trick

Thanks!!!

WOW :D

Nice!!! ;)

I must have it...hehe
