Hi, can anyone tell me what the latest version of maps for the Columbus Nav is and does anyone know the best way to get the latest version. I'm aware that it is done via CD but I'm not sure after that.

Latest maps are V14 which came out late last year.

 

Official maps are on a DVD, just put it in and follow the instructions and it should complete the update in 45-60 minutes.

 

You can either get maps from a dealer or various online shops. There are plenty of cheaper, copied versions around which may or may not cause issues

There might be a new version out at the end of this year, possibly November, but I've not seen any mention of it yet.

 

If you're not super desperate to get it updated, it might be worth waiting a month or two to save you buying two map versions

Mine is about 3 years old and according to my Nav I live in a field! I think I'll update it sooner. Great help though and thanks again for the reply and info'.

The maps that came with my first skoda didn't know where Cardiff was!!!!
