I have a Octavia with Kenwood-Garmin navigation installed by the dealer. The navigation system is GVN60 and is generally OK.

 

We are from time to time driving from Denmark to France. Here we are using the navigation and also the TMC facility. TMC is working in Denmark and Germany, but it is not working in France. To my big surprise I have to pay a fee, 50 EURO, to get a subscription code to activate TMC in France.

The problem is when I will make the payment I get the message “An error has occurred while checking out, please try again later” Apparently, it is possible to pay for other areas such as Poland , UK, Belgium ect. But not France. Have anyone experienced this problem and maybe have a recommendation to solve it?

 

The dealer is not able to help me, neither is the Garmin help service, but I hope to get from this forum.
