Skoda 2016 paint matching

I need to respray a Fabia III 2016 white front bumper (2nd hand) to Rallye Green.

My natural choice (being an oldie) would be to use cellulose paint, as I've never used polyester paint or aqua-based paint.

However, I notice on the Jawel paints site that it's hard to match modern metallics from factory with cellulose (they say).

I'm guessing that the base and CoB coats are polyester from the factory? - or please correct me.

Anyone have experience of respraying a 2016 era bumper with cellulose or polyester paints please?
